Please, before you make an appointment, 请在预约之前

• Have you had any unusual coughing or difficulty breathing / unusual shortness of breath in the last 14 days? 在过去的14天内，您是否有任何异常的咳嗽或呼吸困难/异常的呼吸急促？
• Have you had a fever (100 or above) any time in the last 14 days? 在过去14天内的任何时候发烧（100或以上）吗？

Next, please understand that Happy Feet is using government mandated and industry recommended procedures upon reopening.   These include face masks, face shields where needed, appointments only, 50% capacity, frequent sanitation of commonly touched services, temperature screenings, and more.  接下来，请了解，“ Happy Feet”在重新开放时正在使用政府强制规定的和行业推荐的程序。 这些措施包括口罩，需要的口罩，仅需预约，50％的容量，经常接触的服务的经常性卫生检查，温度检查等等。

If you do not have an appointment and we’re busy, we will ask you to  make an appointment and then leave.  We want to minimize the number of people and the time spent in our waiting area to minimize the chance of spreading disease.   如果您没有预约，而我们很忙，我们会请您预约然后离开。 我们希望最大程度地减少人数和在等候区所花费的时间，以最大程度地减少疾病传播的机会。

We will ask you to look at the covid-19 symptoms again (see Before You Arrive) and ask you to refuse service if you have had any of the symptoms listed in the last 14 days.  如果您在过去14天内有任何症状，我们将要求您再次查看covid-19症状（请参阅到达之前），并要求您拒绝服务。

We will check your temperature using a touchless infrared thermometer & per CDC recommendations, if you have a fever of 100.0 F (37.8 C) or above, we will refuse to serve you.   我们将使用非接触式红外测温仪并按照CDC的建议检查您的体温，如果发烧100.0 F（37.8 C）或更高，我们将拒绝为您服务。

We ask that you wash your hands upon arrival at Happy Feet. 我们要求您在抵达快乐之脚时洗手。

Our employees are instructed to thoroughly wash their hands before serving and after serving each customer. 我们的员工被指示在服务每个客户之前和之后要彻底洗手。

We will perform services wearing a mask.   我们将戴着口罩进行服务。

We can wear gloves if you wish.   如果您愿意，我们可以戴手套。

We can wear a face shield if you wish. 如果您愿意，我们可以戴上口罩。

We will clean / disinfect all doorknobs used and surfaces commonly touched in the bathroom after each customer is served.  服务每个客户后，我们将清洁/消毒所有使用过的门把手和浴室中通常接触的表面。

All table papers are single use & will be disposed of after one use.  所有餐桌纸均为一次性使用，一次使用后将被丢弃。

In the event you show any of the symptoms above within 14 days of your visit, we strongly encourage you to get tested for covid-19.  If you test positive, please let us know so we can begin some state-assisted contact tracing.  The same applies to employees.    如果您在访问后的14天内出现上述任何症状，我们强烈建议您进行covid-19测试。 如果您的测试结果为阳性，请告知我们，以便我们开始一些状态辅助的联系人跟踪。 员工也是如此。

Unfortunately, with our business, no amount of caution can guarantee that a disease will not be transmitted.  Therefore, upon accepting services, please understand that Happy feet waives all rights to legal remedies of any / all kinds associated with the transmission of disease resulting from your visit to Happy Feet.  不幸的是，对于我们的业务，没有任何谨慎可以保证不会传播疾病。 因此，在接受服务后，请理解，快乐脚放弃了与您因访问快乐脚而导致的疾病传播相关的任何/各种法律补救措施的所有权利。
